2. User Registration & Verification
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. All users must undergo our verification process.
3. Marketplace Transactions
FertiB2B acts as a facilitator for transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the actual sales contracts between users. Users are responsible for fulfilling their obligations under any sales agreement reached through the platform.
4. Fees and Payments
Certain services on the platform may be subject to fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the platform at the time of the transaction.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activities, harassment, or the distribution of malware.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FertiB2B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
